At Sixth The Brand, we want you to feel confident and obsessed with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, self-tanner, pet hair, stains, or odors.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Condition Requirements

We carefully inspect all returns.

Items showing any signs of wear — including stretching, washing, fragrance, staining, or visible use for photos, events, or social media — will be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our quality standards.

Refund Method

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit will be sent via digital code or gift card.

  • Store credit does not expire.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for a different size if the requested size is currently in stock.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is processed.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories (jewelry, handbags, hats, etc.)

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate apparel

  • Gift cards

Online Orders (if applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

  • Returns that do not meet policy standards will be sent back to the customer.
